How do I request a Price Match?
At All Modern Design we pick every product carefully at right price fromthe manufacturers and so we are able to pass the savings on to our clients. We are so sure about our prices we are putting our money on it.
If you happen to find the same exact product or with the same technical specification as ours, at a lower price will not only match it but beat it by 5%. The only condition is it the quote must be in writing or advertised on-line and must available for immediate purchase and not just promise to supply.

What are the exclusions?
Offers which include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages.

What proof do I present when requesting a price match?
Simply provide a All Modern Melbourne Team proof of the competitor's current advertisement or website address, showing the offer's end date and any terms and conditions. A our team member may check the website to verify the lower price and availability of the product.
Once your price match request is verified, we will create an offer for you to purchase the product from us at the lower price.

If you are unsatisfied with your rug and want to return it, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt, along with the exchange items (if any). We will then aim for a resolution within 14 days.

If you can't find the rug you were looking for on our website, give us a call/email and we'll organise a return label. Our courier will collect the rug 24 to 48 hours. Once we receive the item back we will issue the refund back.
We want our customers to feel confident in their purchase and we will only accept a return if the rug is returned to us undamaged, and with no signs of use. If you are completing a return, we can arrange a collection from you.
Damaged Or Faulty Products
We work hard to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please inspect your product when it arrives, and if anything looks wrong or is damaged, let us know via phone or email so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right. We will quickly refund or replace any damaged or faulty goods for free. If we cannot supply the products ordered, we will provide an agreement replacement (of equal value and type) or offer a full refund.
Our products made from natural fibers are all individual in color, size and possibly flaws in the weave. There may also be sprouting yarns of wool where strands have ended or were started during the weaving process. An inherent characteristic of this product is not a defect. A faulty return will not be accepted on the basis that it is natural occurring.
You need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have a damaged or faulty product, to be eligible for a replacement or refund. After this time period, it will not be possible for you to return your goods.
We are Australian owned and based company, servicing Australia wide only. At allmodern.designwe use several transport and courier companies to deliver our goods to you. Our system automatically selects the most efficient and cost effective method of delivery depending on the type of product, its weight, size (volume) and value.
All packages can be tracked through their journey to you. We strongly recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the goods during business hours as additional charges apply if multiple delivery attempts are made.
All goods in stock are dispatched within 1-5 business days and will usually arrive within 2-10 business days depending on your suburb.
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
