Free Return & Exchange
14 days free returns. It's as easy as that.
If you do need to return your rug, it will be inspected upon its arrival back at our warehouse to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If it passes inspection, we will process a full refund back to your original payment method within 7 days. If you'd like to exchange your rug for a different one, simply return it and place a new order.
Please note that our returns policy may vary for trade accounts and certain products, such as underlays, bath mats, and indoor mats cannot be returned. Products marked as "NO RETURNS" also cannot be returned. Additionally, if your rug is faulty, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. However, it must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
Finally, please be aware that our Try it At Home service is subject to a fair use policy. While you are welcome to purchase as many rugs as you like, we will only accept two rugs for return within a 30 day period and provide a full refund. If you return a rug and place a new order within 30 days, you will only be eligible for one additional return. You must also wait 30 days after placing your most recent order to be eligible for further returns on any new orders.
How to return your item
For unwanted goods and faulty or damaged items which can be returned by post, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning your goods and the reason for the return.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them at your own expense, securely packaged and in saleable condition (except damaged goods) to the Returns Address that will be provided to you.
As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped.
Please note, all purchases made through Afterpay will incur a 10% non-refundable fee if transaction is canceled.
