A complete refund corresponding to the value of your purchase will be promptly provided.

Should you find yourself unsatisfied with your rug and wish to initiate a return, kindly reach out to us via email at info@allmodern.design within 7 days of receiving your order. If you intend to exchange items, please include the details in your communication. Our team will diligently work towards achieving a satisfactory resolution within a span of 14 days.

Please be mindful that our utmost effort is directed towards accurately portraying our products. Variations in colors and shades might occur due to the lighting conditions of different spaces.

In the event that the rug you envisioned isn't available on our website, don't hesitate to get in touch with us via call or email. We'll facilitate a hassle-free return by arranging a return label for you. Our efficient courier service will collect the rug within 2-3 business days. Upon receiving the returned item, we commit to processing the refund within 7 business days, crediting it to your designated account.

Our aim is to instill confidence in your purchase decision. Consequently, we'll only accept a return if the rug remains undamaged and devoid of any signs of use. Should you opt for a return, we are more than willing to coordinate a pickup from your location. Your satisfaction remains our paramount concern.

Damaged Or Faulty Products

We work hard to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please inspect your product when it arrives, and if anything looks wrong or is damaged, let us know via phone or email so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right. We will quickly refund or replace any damaged or faulty goods for free. If we cannot supply the products ordered, we will provide an agreement replacement (of equal value and type) or offer a full refund.

Our products made from natural fibers are all individual in color, size and possibly flaws in the weave. There may also be sprouting yarns of wool where strands have ended or were started during the weaving process. An inherent characteristic of this product is not a defect. A faulty return will not be accepted on the basis that it is natural occurring.

You need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have a damaged or faulty product, to be eligible for a replacement or refund. After this time period, it will not be possible for you to return your goods.
